Sen. Richard Colburn (MD, Dist 37) surprised the Mid-Shore Community Foundation (MSCF) at their annual meeting held at the Avalon Theatre on September 27th with a Resolution from the Senate of Maryland. The resolution congratulated the Mid-Shore Community Foundation on its 15th anniversary and for “enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot Counties.” Shown above is Richard Granville (left), chairman of the MSCF Board of Directors accepting the resolution from Sen.
