CASA of Talbot County Creates Endowment
through Mid-Shore Community Foundation

"It is important to create endowment for our future," says Robin Davenport, executive director of CASA of Talbot County. "With this partnership, we will have a better fundraising program and can offer planned giving as an option to help build our endowment through Mid-Shore Community Foundation." CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Talbot County advocates for the best interest of all children who are under the protection of the Talbot County Juvenile Court due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. Empowered by the Circuit  Court of  Talbot County, CASA trains and provides volunteer advocates to make assessments and recommendations to the court.  (L-R) F. Graham Lee, president of Mid-Shore Community Foundation; Lin Layton, CASA Board president; Robin Davenport, executive director of CASA of Talbot County and Bryson Goss, Board member and chair of CASA development committee.
