SESSION #1: MOTIVATING OTHERS, 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM
Open to one leader, one staff and two board members per organization.
In this practical and experiential session, attendees will learn the main levers of motivation and how to use them to maximize productivity and maintain morale through difficult times. Templates, tools and insights on best practices in human motivation theory will leave participants with a deeper understanding on what makes themselves and others function at peak performance.
SESSION #2: EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE, 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM
Open only to executive level staff - no board members.
The inaugural Executive Leadership Circle will be a proactive and solutions-based discussion for Kent County Nonprofit Executives who are looking for deeper insight into how healthy organizations function and how collaboration and planning can help resolve what are often thought to be intractable issues. The Executive Leadership Circle is designed for maximum discussion, in-depth exploration of issues and confidentiality. It is a great opportunity to network, to crowd-source knowledge and to learn more about the community we serve.
