Mid-Shore Community Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the information entrusted to it by donors, fundholders, grantees, scholarship applicants, volunteers, and visitors.

The Foundation collects and maintains information that is voluntarily provided through contributions, grant applications, scholarship applications, event registrations, website inquiries, and other interactions with the Foundation. Such information is used solely for legitimate business, charitable, and administrative purposes.

The Foundation does not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with employees, volunteers, contractors, professional advisors, financial institutions, service providers, scholarship selection committees, and governmental authorities as necessary to carry out the Foundation's mission, administer its programs, comply with legal requirements, or protect the interests of the Foundation and its constituents.
