The Mid-Shore Community Foundation has adopted this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate its commitment to the privacy of its members, customers and visitors.  This Privacy Policy was approved by the Board of Directors and is reviewed on an annual basis.  

EMAIL PRIVACY

The Foundation does not share or sell email addresses to anyone outside the organization.  If you wish to change or update your email preferences, please contact the Foundation.

USE OF IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

The Foundation uses IP addresses and cookies to help administer the website.  The Foundation may collect demographic information about website visitors, but the data collected is only used for internal business purposes.

ONLINE & ELECTRONIC DONATIONS

The Foundation uses forms for customers to donate online.  The form requires users to provide contact information and method of payment.  The Foundation only uses this information to process the donation and to contact the customer.

ONLINE EVENT REGISTRATIONS

The Foundation uses a form for customers to register for events. The form may require users to provide contact information and method of payment.  The Foundation only uses this information to process the registration and to contact the customer.

ONLINE SCHOLARSHIP REGISTRATION

The Foundation uses a form for customers, 13 years of age or older, to apply for scholarships. The form requires users to provide contact information and qualifications for the scholarship award.  The Foundation only uses this information to evaluate scholarship eligibility and to contact the customer.  Students less than 13 years of age, are directed to have their parents contact the Foundation.
