Wesleyan Heritage Foundation Fund is a component fund of the Mid-Shore Community Foundation that awards grants to the Wesleyan Churches of the Chesapeake District, Wesleyan Chesapeake Camp and Conference Center, and other Wesleyan organizations.

Applications are reviewed and considered by the advisors of the Wesleyan Heritage Foundation Fund.
