Wesleyan Heritage Foundation Grants

The Wesleyan Heritage Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity that provides economic support to Wesleyan Churches of the Chesapeake District, Chesapeake Camp and Conference Center, and other Wesleyan affiliated organizations that support, promote, and improve the provision of services, education, and ministry, to the elderly and disabled.

Mid-Shore Community Foundation manages the grantmaking process on behalf of the Wesleyan Foundation.

Applicants must be nonprofit organizations with IRS tax-exempt status, or government-related entities.

Grant applications are accepted throughout the year. Grant decisions and distributions are made in August.
