Dr. Joe Thomas, retired Marine and current Director of the VADM James B. Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the U.S. Naval Academy, has held senior leadership education roles at the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Leadership Institute, and Marine Corps University. Dr. Thomas has taught at Notre Dame, the University of Maryland, George Washington University, and the National Outdoor Leadership School, and is the author of several books on leadership and ethics.
